On March 23rd , 2024, the SSL certificate for "Ivanticloud.com" Domain will be updated in the Production landscape. The new certificate is available for download and may require an update to your SSO solution (ADFS/Okta/Shibboleth) prior to the expiration date, in order to prevent any service disruption.
If you are not the best person to contact about this upcoming change, please reply with the contact who should receive this communication.
Depending on how your authentication solution is configured, Single Sign-On enabled cloud customers who do not update the certificate on their side before the expiration date may not be able to log into their tenants using Single-Sign-On. - Administrators and users attempting to log in using LDAP credentials may see intermittent failures or delays in performing authentication - Administrators may be unable to register new Sentries or Connectors - Configuration changes for LDAP servers and Sentries may be delayed - LDAP synchronization may be delayed for fail to complete - Administrators attempting to add new applications to the App library may see outdated information or be unable to add the applications - Policy compliance notifications may be delayed - Certificate Signing Requests will be unavailable
