Additional information has been provided for the MobileIron Access database maintenance previously announced.
The MobileIron Access database will be upgraded by Amazon Web Services (AWS). The window for the upgrade period remains unchanged:
Start Date and Time: Friday, July 27 6:00AM PDT | Friday, July 27 1:00PM UTC
End Date and Time: Friday, August 3 6:00AM PDT | Friday, August 3 1:00PM UTC
However, it is expected that the impact to customers will be minimal. While the upgrades are in progress, it is expected that functionality may be unavailable for a few minutes.
If the admin is actively configuring the system during this time, be aware that you may not be able to save the configuration. We recommend users take precautions to note the configuration changes before saving, and retry at a later time if the initial save is unsuccessful.
Normal device traffic will not be impacted.
