If you do not use SandBox IP addresses in firewall rules NO ACTION IS REQUIRED.
If IP based policies are leveraged for Sandbox, the tenant will need to add the new IP addresses to their firewall policy.

Recommended Best Practices
1. Add the IP address information to your firewall rules before Wednesday 09/19/2018, ahead of the planned maintenance.
2. Maintain both current and new IP ranges in your firewall rules until after infrastructure maintenance is completed.
3. We highly recommend using hostnames in your firewall rules instead of IP addresses, as IP addresses are subject to change.
